If you have a yard that needs attention, the fastest way to get an answer is to pick up the phone. Prestige Landscaping Group FL is owned and run by Juan Arizmendiand the phone is open Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. That is not a call center — it is a real landscaping outfit that keeps the line open because yard problems do not keep office hours.
Reach Us Any Hour of the Day
Call or text (239) 237-9787. If you would rather put it in writing — say you want to send along a few photos of the property or a rough sketch of what you are picturing — email prestigelandscapegroupfl@gmail.com and we will get back to you.

Early morning before work, late at night after the kids are down, Sunday afternoon when you finally walked the back fence line and realized how far things have gotten — whenever it occurs to you, that is a fine time to reach out. We would rather hear from you at an odd hour than have you forget about it entirely.
Where We Work
We serve LaBelle, Lehigh Acres, Felda, Alva and Palmdale. That is a real stretch of Hendry, Lee and Glades County ground, and it covers everything from in-town lots to acreage out where the pavement gives up. Each of those places has its own personality — Lehigh Acres properties tend to be laid out differently than a spread outside Felda or Palmdale — and it helps that we already know the difference before we pull in the driveway.

- Alva
- Palmdale
If you are just outside one of those towns, call anyway. It is a short conversation and we will tell you straight whether we can get to you.
What to Tell Us When You Call
You do not need to have it all figured out. Most people call knowing something is wrong with the yard without knowing what to name it, and that is completely normal. Still, a few details up front save everybody time and get you a more honest answer faster.
- Where the property is — the town is enough to start with.
- Roughly how big the area is, even if it is just "about half an acre" or "the whole front."
- What is bothering you most right now, whether that is overgrowth, appearance, or something you want built or planted.
- Whether this is a one-time job or something you want kept up on a schedule.
- How quickly you need it handled, and any days or times that do not work for you.
If you have photos, email them to prestigelandscapegroupfl@gmail.com. A couple of pictures from different angles tells us more in ten seconds than five minutes of description, and it means we show up already knowing what we are looking at.
How the First Conversation Usually Goes
It is short and it is plain. You tell us what you have, we ask a few questions, and we figure out together whether it makes sense for us to come take a look. Nobody is going to talk you into work you did not ask about. If the job is bigger than you were expecting, we will say so. If it is smaller and simpler than you feared, we will say that too — and people are usually relieved to hear it.
From there we set a time to see the property in person. Walking the ground is the only way to give you a number you can actually rely on, and it is also when most customers think of three other things they wanted done while we are out there. That is fine. That is how it usually goes.
So — call (239) 237-9787any day, any hour. Ask for Juan. We will take it from there.
