How We Work: Our Process From First Call to Final Cleanup

How Prestige Landscaping Group FL works, from first call to final walkthrough. Serving Labelle, Lehigh Acres, Felda, Alva and Palmdale. Call (239) 237-9787.

There's no mystery to how we run a job. You call, we come look, we tell you what it takes, and then we do it. Below is what that actually looks like from your side of the fence, so you know what to expect before you pick up the phone.

Step One: You Call, We Listen

Everything starts with a conversation. Call (239) 237-9787 or email prestigelandscapegroupfl@gmail.com and tell us what's going on with your property. Maybe the yard has gotten away from you. Maybe you're looking at a bare patch of Florida dirt and trying to picture something better. Either way, we want to hear it in your words first.

Our phones are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. That's not a marketing line, it's just how Juan runs things. People in Labelle, Lehigh Acres, Felda, Alva and Palmdale don't all work nine to five, and a fallen limb or a job site problem doesn't wait for business hours. If you call at six in the morning or ten at night, someone is there.

On that first call we're trying to sort out a few basics:

  • Where the property is and how to get to it
  • What you want done, in plain language
  • Whether this is a one-time job or something ongoing
  • Any deadlines you're working against
  • Anything on the property we should know about ahead of time — irrigation lines, pets, gates, difficult access

Step Two: We Walk the Property With You

Photos and phone descriptions only go so far. We'd rather stand on the ground and see it. So we set up a time to come out and walk the property with you, and that visit is where most of the real decisions get made.

Out there we're reading things you might not think to mention. Where water sits after a hard rain. How the sun tracks across the yard. What's growing well and what's struggling. Where a truck and a trailer can realistically park. All of that shapes what we recommend and what it's going to cost.

You'll get a straight answer on scope and price before anyone touches anything. If something you've asked for doesn't make sense for the site, we'll say so and offer an alternative rather than take the money and let you find out later. And if you want to think it over, think it over. We're not going to chase you.

We'd rather tell you the truth on the first visit than make you happy for a week and disappointed for a year.

Step Three: The Crew Gets to Work

Once you've given the go-ahead, we schedule the work and show up when we said we would. You'll know the day, you'll know roughly what time, and if something shifts — weather in this part of Florida does what it wants — you'll hear from us rather than wondering where we are.

While we're on site, we work in an order that makes sense: clearing and prep first, then the heavy work, then the finish details. On bigger projects that might span more than one day, and we'll tell you up front if it does. You don't need to be home for most of it, though you're welcome to be. Plenty of our customers like to come out and see how it's coming along, and we're happy to walk you through it.

Throughout the job, the phone number is the same one you called in the first place. Questions mid-project go straight to us, not to a call center.

Step Four: We Finish, and We Stay Reachable

A job isn't done when the work is done. It's done when the site is clean — debris hauled off, hardscape swept, edges tidy, equipment loaded. We don't leave piles behind for you to deal with on the weekend.

Then we walk it with you. If there's a spot that isn't right, tell us right there and we'll handle it. It's a lot easier to fix something while the truck is still in the driveway than to come back two weeks later, and we'd rather you were genuinely happy than politely quiet.

After that, we stay reachable. Call or email any time with questions about caring for what we installed, or when you're ready for the next phase. A lot of our work across Labelle, Alva, Felda, Palmdale and Lehigh Acres comes from people we've worked with before, and that only happens if you pick up the phone when they call the second time.
