Most people call us because something about the yard isn't working. Grass won't grow in one corner, water pools by the driveway after every storm, or the front of the house just looks unfinished no matter how many plants get stuck in the ground. Landscape design is how you fix that once instead of guessing at it every spring. Prestige Landscaping Group FL plans outdoor spaces for homes and properties in Labelle, Lehigh Acres, Felda, Alva and Palmdale — and Juan Arizmendi is the one who shows up to look at it.
Starting With Your Yard, Not a Template
A design that ignores the actual site is just a picture. So the first thing we do is walk the property with you. Where does the afternoon sun hit? Which side stays soggy? Is there a septic field, a well head, an irrigation line, a fence the neighbor put up two inches over? Those details decide what's possible long before anyone picks out plants.
We also want to hear how you actually use the space. A family with three kids and a dog needs open lawn and tough edging. Someone who entertains wants a clear path from the back door to wherever people end up standing. A rental property owner usually wants something that looks sharp and takes almost no upkeep. All three are good answers. They just lead to very different plans.
What a Design From Us Covers
Depending on the property and what you're after, a plan might include any of the following:
- Plant and tree placement, with species chosen for your soil, sun and water conditions
- Lawn areas — where to keep turf and where turf is fighting a losing battle
- Beds, borders and edging that hold their shape instead of creeping into the grass
- Mulch and ground cover choices for the spots where nothing else thrives
- Walkways and access routes so the yard is easy to move through
- Grading and drainage considerations, especially on low-lying lots
- Front-of-house curb appeal, which is usually the cheapest improvement per dollar
- Phasing, if you'd rather do the work in stages than all at once
You'll get straight talk about cost along the way. If something on your wish list is going to be expensive to maintain, we'll say so before it's in the ground — not after.
Built for Inland Southwest Florida
Labelle, Felda and Alva aren't coastal. The soil runs different, the lots are often bigger, and plenty of properties back onto pasture or citrus. Lehigh Acres has its own quirks — quarter-acre lots, sandy ground, and drainage that varies block to block. A landscape design company working out of a catalog tends to miss all of that.
We plan around the real weather here: long hot stretches, heavy summer rain, cold snaps that show up every few winters and take out anything tropical that wasn't chosen carefully. Plants that can handle it need less water, less replacing and less babysitting from you. That's the whole point.
We also think about what happens after installation. A design that looks perfect on day one but needs weekly attention to stay that way isn't a good design for most people. We'd rather build something that still looks right in year three.
How to Get Started
Call (239) 237-9787 or email prestigelandscapegroupfl@gmail.com and tell us roughly what you're working with — address, lot size, and what's bothering you about it. We'll set up a time to come look.
We're reachable seven days a week, around the clock. That's not a gimmick; it's because people in this line of work are out on job sites during normal business hours and usually can't take a call until evening. If that's you, call whenever it suits you.
Walk the property with the homeowner first. You learn more in twenty minutes on site than in an hour of phone calls.
Once we've seen the space and talked through your budget, you'll get a clear plan and a clear price. No pressure to take it further than that.
