- Layout planning around sun, shade, drainage and the path from kitchen to house
- Materials and finishes chosen to sit right with your home and the rest of the yard
- Prep work: grading, base, utility lines and any hardscape underneath
- Build and finish, with the site cleaned up properly when we're done
